An impormptu ergo session on Easter Sunday for sprinters and any enduros who want to do a sprint session.  We're not at DISC over Easter, so we'll do an ergo session at BBN instead for those who want a hitout.

Structure TBA

Time, probably 6pm

Dinner at Nandos afterwards, so no charge to attend!
