A regular Spin for winter

BYO bowl and fork....

After last week's Race Night session we return to more conventional programming.

Enduro A get a Tomabata, some sharp attack & sustain efforts and another 5 minute block of 15s rampups.  B get a 3/4 Tabata and solid chunks of E3.  C get a progression of E3. The sprinters get more strength work.

We would also ask that ALL RIDERS please refrain from listening to MP3, iPods, or any other music device while training. It makes it hard for us to make sure that everyone can hear instructions from the coach.
