E3 with a 20 second (10/10) rampup sprint every 3 minutes. This simulates sprints every 10 laps.
At 8 minutes a 15 second attack & sustain effort leads into a 2 minute ITT effort that finishes at 10 minutes into the drill. This simulates an attempt to take a lap at the end of the race.
