aboc cauliflour fried rice
Low carb, and YUM!
1 cabbage, chopped into rice-size bits
handful of spring onions
bacon (4-6 middle rashers)
mushrooms - chopped
3-4 eggs, mixed together
peas, or some other random leftover veggies
Real soy sauce
Fry the bacon until crispy, remove from wok/frypan and leave bacon fat in wok
Pop in chopped white bits of spring onion and garlic, fry 'til brown, put in extra tablespoon of oil, then put in cauliflour and peas, stir 3-5 mins until starting to go brown, then put in mushrooms, chopped bacon, chopped green bits of spring onion, stir 'til the mushrooms go soft.
Make a bare bit of the wok, pop in the eggs and "scramble" until almost set, then mix through the whole thing, splash some soy sauce, serve ...
