Em wins a silver in the JW15 sprint, Dino wins gold in MMAS 4,5,6!
Dino sets a new PB in the flying 200, and is the only rider to go sub 13 in his age group.
Not bad for Em, considering that two weeks ago she was in an ambulance and spent 8 hours at the Box Hill hospital and than 8 days off the bike recovering from a bad crash at Blackburn!
