Emily lights it up at Shepparton
Emily Apolito has some good wins
At the Shepparton track cycling today Emily's had a blinder - she won the 500m ITT with a 42.66, shaving a massive 2.2 seconds off her time there last summer on the same gearing. She won the sprint derby and the scratch race and rode well in the pursuit too.
A top day out for Emily!
