aboc coaching the Deakin Uni Cycling Club

We've been asked to coach Deakin Uni's club.

I'm very pleased to be able to announce that aboc Cycle Coaching has been asked to coach the Deakin University Cycling Club.  This means that the Deakin people will start coming to some of our Tuesday night spin sessions and we'll also be running a modified Race Skills session for them on Tuesday mornings over 'winter' 2009 at the Blackburn velodrome.

DISC Summer Sessions will resume in Summer 2014-2015
