The motorbike entry plus 200 including a pass

The motorbike entry plus 200 including pass is a drill designed to develop acceleration from high speed (60km/h+) and race skills, in particular timing an overtaking move.  Used mainly in leadups to race periods.

1 Rider follows motorcycle in an entry while the motorcycle jumps hard off the bank, the rider lays off a little to allow the rider to take a run at the motorbike on the back straight. The motorcycle enters the lane and stays in it for the duration of the effort.
2
Rider passes motorcycle while the motorcycle holds constant speed, simulating a pass in the last 150m of a match sprint or keirin
